Christopher David Noth, famously known as Mr. Big from Sex and the City, was born in Madison city in Wisconsin on November 13th, 1954 to parents Jeanne Parr and Charles James Noth. His father served in the Navy as an aviator during World War II and an insurance salesman and his mother had a successful career as a news journalist for CBS. He grew up in Connecticut with his two older brothers Charles and Michael.
The sudden death of Chris’ father in a car accident at age 12 left him shattered. Later on, his mother got married again and the family shifted to California late in 1969 and then New York where he began experimenting with various drugs like marijuana and LSD during his teenage years.
