Ksi Net Worth

Two claims dominate every KSI profile: that he is worth $100 million, and that Prime Hydration makes him nearly a billionaire. The first cites nothing. The second traces to a single sentence spoken by his own manager. Meanwhile his actual filed accounts — twelve UK companies at Companies House — put a documented floor of roughly £15 million under him, and Prime’s audited UK numbers show turnover falling 71 per cent in a single year.

KSI Net Worth: What the Sources Say

  • £15,160,095 — a documented floor: the net assets of The Throne Holdings Limited, his principal vehicle, where he is the 75-per-cent-plus controlling party
  • $100 million — Celebrity Net Worth and around ten sites recycling it. No source, no methodology. One claim wearing ten hats, not ten corroborating sources
  • £50 million — the 2024 Sunday Times Gaming Rich List, joint 21st. But that entry is “KSI and The Sidemen” collectively, covering the brand as a whole, not him individually
  • Our take: £20–40 million, with moderate confidence on the floor and low confidence on the ceiling. See our methodology.

The true figure sits above book value, because UK small-company balance sheets carry investments at cost rather than market value and none of his US assets appear in any UK filing. It sits far below $100 million because nothing supports that number. He is not a billionaire, and no credible source says he is.

Prime: Four Layers That Get Collapsed Into One

The “$1.2 billion” figure attached to Prime is retail sales — what consumers spent at tills. It is routinely presented as though it were company revenue, or even his personal income. Those are four different things:

  • Retail sales — consumer spend, reaching no company’s accounts
  • Company revenue — a fraction of that, at wholesale prices
  • Company profit — a fraction of that again
  • His income — distributions on an equity stake nobody has ever disclosed

Even the $1.2 billion was a forward projection — “set to surpass” — attributed to the company itself, not an audited outturn.

Nobody Knows What Share of Prime He Owns

This is the most important correction on this page. The “Congo Brands 60 per cent, Logan Paul 20, KSI 20” split appears only on content farms, none of which cites a source. Food Republic, which examined the question directly, gives no percentages and suggests the two may not own enough for a controlling share. Wikipedia gives none either. Prime Hydration LLC is a private US company, and no filing anywhere discloses its cap table.

What we can show is a primary record for the UK entity. Prime Hydration UK Ltd lists Max Clemons and Trey Steiger as its only directors and only persons with significant control, each holding between 25 and 50 per cent. KSI has no registrable interest in it whatsoever — the company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the US parent, distributing under licence. Whatever he holds exists only at US level and is entirely undisclosed.

Where the “$8 Billion” Came From

It came from Mams Taylor — KSI’s own manager — who said Prime might be worth “about £8 to 10 billion”. That is the entire provenance of the figure behind thousands of near-billionaire headlines.

It is not a funding round, not a transaction, not an analyst valuation. No investor, bank or acquirer has ever put a number on Prime Hydration LLC publicly. The downstream claims — a “$5.5 billion valuation”, “KSI’s cut could exceed $1.1 billion” — are arithmetic performed on an unsourced valuation multiplied by an unsourced ownership percentage. Two unknowns multiplied together do not produce a fact.

What Prime’s Audited Accounts Actually Show

Here the record is unusually good, because the UK subsidiary files audited statutory accounts. For the year to 31 December 2024:

  • Turnover: £32,888,798, down from £112,252,517 — a fall of 70.7 per cent
  • Gross margin halved, from 19.3 to 9.6 per cent
  • Profit after tax: £312,393, down from £3,724,187 — a fall of 91.6 per cent
  • Cash at bank fell 89 per cent, from £2,997,075 to £319,821

The directors describe the company as “entering into a strategic review process to transition from an initial hyper growth phase to a more sustainable, long-term presence.”

The scale lesson is the point. At the absolute peak, the entire UK business generated £3.7 million of net profit. In 2024 it generated £312,393. Even on the most generous assumptions about his ownership, these are not billionaire-making numbers. Independent retail trackers tell the same story: UK sales down roughly half in 2024, and 2025 US sales projected around $300 million — a 76 per cent fall from the peak.

His Own Companies — and One He Doesn’t Control

Companies House lists seventeen appointments for him. The ownership data is the only real percentage evidence that exists anywhere about his affairs:

  • The Throne Holdings — 75 per cent or more, plus voting rights and the right to appoint and remove directors. Net assets £15,160,095 at 30 April 2025, up 21 per cent. But the composition matters: £18.9 million of that is intercompany debtors against just £196,582 of cash
  • Sidemen Holdings — he ceased to be a controlling party on 4 December 2019. The register was replaced with a statement that no registrable person exists, which is consistent with a roughly one-seventh split among the seven Sidemen. Any profile crediting him with the group’s full asset base is wrong
  • A property vehicle holds investment property at £4,320,000 against a £2,411,250 mortgage

Three caveats we will not bury. Every one of the twelve filings states that the directors elected not to include a profit and loss account — so no turnover, no profit figure exists for any of his own companies. All twelve are unaudited. And the figures must not be summed, because the large intercompany debtors net off within the group.

One filing we deliberately exclude: a smaller holding company’s balance sheet is headed “£’000”, which read literally would mean net assets of £186 million. We do not believe it — the same document claims micro-entity status, which caps the balance sheet at £316,000, and small-company audit exemption. Both are impossible at £186 million. It is almost certainly a column-heading error in the preparer’s template, and nothing in the press or in any other filing supports the larger reading.

Boxing: One Real Number

Exactly one KSI purse has ever been disclosed by a regulator: a $900,000 minimum for the November 2019 professional rematch with Logan Paul, under California State Athletic Commission terms. “Minimum” is doing real work there — final earnings, including ticket and subscription shares, were expected to be considerably higher, and no source states the total.

Everything else is estimate, because UK fights carry no equivalent disclosure requirement. Specifically:

  • The “£30–40 million each” for the 2018 Logan Paul fight is denied by KSI himself — “a high amount, but it’s nowhere near £40m”
  • For two 2023 fights, aggregators claim seven-figure guarantees; contemporaneous reporting on fight day said no purse had been revealed for either
  • The 1.3 million pay-per-view buys often cited for the Prime Card originate with a social-media aggregator and were disputed by industry figures putting the real number nearer 100,000 — a thirteenfold range. Any earnings estimate built on it is worthless

He retired from boxing in January 2026, having not fought since October 2023. His claim to have turned down $30 million to fight Jake Paul is self-reported and, by definition, money never received.

What Forbes Actually Says

Forbes has never published a net worth for him — his profile page shows none, and Forbes displays one where it tracks one. What it shows instead is $23.9 million of top-creator earnings for June 2022 to June 2023, ranking him second.

Three points make that number less useful than it looks. It is one year of gross, pre-tax earnings, not net worth. Forbes states explicitly that it counts earnings, not equity held in public and private companies — so it excludes every Prime, Sidemen, XIX and Misfits stake, which is exactly where the $100 million claims locate his wealth. The Forbes figure and the aggregator figures measure different things and cannot be used to check one another. And he has been absent from the list in 2024, 2025 and 2026, meaning Forbes’ own estimate of his annual earnings has fallen below the fiftieth-place threshold three years running.

What is KSI's net worth in 2026?

A defensible range is £20 to £40 million, roughly $27 to $54 million, with a documented floor of about £15 million. That floor is real: his principal company, The Throne Holdings Limited, shows net assets of £15,160,095 and he is its 75-per-cent-plus controlling party. The true figure sits above book value, because UK small-company accounts carry investments at cost and none of his US assets appear in any UK filing. It sits far below the $100 million that circulates - that number comes from Celebrity Net Worth with no source or methodology, and the ten sites repeating it are one claim wearing ten hats. How much of Prime Hydration does KSI own?

How much money does Prime actually make?

Less than the headlines imply, and it is falling fast.
